Badger Alloys was honored with the prestigious 2013 Manufacturer of the Year Award from Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce on February 27, 2014. The award recognizes manufacturers for outstanding performance in workforce development, employee relations, manufacturing processes, operational excellence, environmental sustainability, and contributions to the community. Winners were selected by an independent panel of judges, who represented industry, education, and the public sector. “This is the highest award a Wisconsin manufacturer can receive,” said Badger Alloys CEO Rob Cowen. “I am proud of our team’s story, and am honored that WMC and the judges feel our accomplishments are worthy of this level of recognition.”
