CNC Machinist

Seeking CNC machinist with 5+ years' experience. Must be a good communicator who is able to work in a team environment with highly diverse co-workers. Must be organized and detail oriented; have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; have the ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations; and be familiar with materials such as bronze, stainless steel and cast iron. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

CNC Programmer

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as a CNC Programmer. Must have CAM, CAD or similar software experience. Desired qualities include: ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations, ability to work in a job shop capacity, critical thinking skills and the ability to determine the sequence of operations. Familiarity with materials such as bronze, stainless steel and cast iron highly desired. Foundry experience a plus.

CNC Programmer/ Machinist

Seeking individual with manual machine experience to operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and other manual machining equipment. Individual will be responsible for machine setup and operation to meet our customers' exacting requirements. Must speak, read and write in English; have strong mechanical aptitude and good hand/eye coordination; be able to lift 50 pounds; and obey safety rules and wear personal protective equipment at all times. Hours: 1st shift.

Foundry Supervisor

The foundry supervisor will work directly on the shop floor to ensure that production of castings is at the highest quality level. Successful candidate will possess a high school degree or equivalent with 7 - 10 years' supervisory experience. Will work collaboratively and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse team. Must have the ability to problem solve, be organized and able to multitask, and embrace continuous process improvement. Bilingual abilities and foundry experience desired.

Janitor/ Custodian

The janitor/custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the facility at all times. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years' solid janitorial/custodian experience. Must have a valid driver’s license; the ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English; ability to multi-task, prioritize, follow directions, and stay organized. Should display flexible, friendly, positive, helpful and caring attitude.

Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with mechanical background to ensure the maximum utilization of machines and equipment. Desired experience includes: AC electrical with three-phase trouble shooting; all aspects of fabrication; hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC trouble shooting. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and seven-plus years’ experience, along with the ability to effectively communicate with management and work in a team environment. Foundry background a plus.

Multiple Foundry Positions - 1st and 2nd Shifts

Skilled foundry personnel needed in the areas of: grinding, melting, molding, core making, shakeout, cut-off and scarfing. Must be able to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have an eye for detail, regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., have the ability to maneuver 50 lbs. or more with overhead cranes, be able to follow all safety policies and procedures, and work with a team. Reference desired position with application.

Pattern Maker

Seeking Pattern Maker with 5-10 plus years’ experience with wood and plastic, as well as 3D modeling. Should be able to plan, layout, and construct wooden units or sectional patterns used in forming sand molds. Must be able to read blue prints and written specifications and correct patterns when needed. Must speak, read and write in English; have strong mechanical aptitude; be able to lift 50 lbs.; and have good hand/eye coordination. Knowledge of Surfcam, Powershape, Powermill, etc. a plus.

Production Planner

The production planner will be responsible for preparing, issuing and tracking production schedules. He/she will facilitate communication between departments to drive continual success and will work to improve customer service through on-time delivery. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, engineering, or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have the ability to work with an ERP database and possess project management skills.
