Badger Alloys employees have a brand new set of shiny wheels to get them motivated about wellness. The Milwaukee foundry gave about 75 employees custom fit bicycles, helmets and locks Friday to kick-off the company’s new wellness program. All of Badger Alloys’ 102 employees were invited to participate in the program and 99 enrolled. Before getting the bike, employees had to complete a health assessment and meet with a third-party to discuss results.
