Badger Alloys Welcomes New Lab Manager

Lab Manager Justin Chamberlin

MILWAUKEE, WIS — Badger Alloys, Inc., a full-service castings manufacturer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is pleased to announce that Justin Chamberlin has joined the company as Lab Manager. In this role, he will oversee laboratory personnel and equipment, responsible for alloy design and improvement.

Chamberlin has worked in the foundry industry for more than 10 years, specializing in a wide range of materials, designs and end uses. His metallurgical experience covers design, melting, heat treatment, processing and analysis of hundreds of ferrous and nonferrous alloys. Chamberlin earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He has been further educated in disciplines including copper metallurgy, spectrometer operations and light stability testing.

Located in the heart of Milwaukee and founded in 1966, Badger Alloys offers single-source capabilities for custom castings.  The company pours more than 200 different alloys and features a sand foundry, pattern making, machining, engineering and rapid-response technologies on one manufacturing campus to offer customers fully integrated services.
