Badger Alloys continues to invest in next-generation manufacturing processes and equipment. Our new handheld scanner helps us generate 3D models of castings where none exist. The models allow us to analyze the casting process and improve the quality of long-running legacy parts. The scanner also helps facilitate the conversion of complicated core assemblies to 3D printed sand cores, which will ultimately improve the casting efficiency and quality consistency.
